These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and rsvip1 (the "Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the rsvip1 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
By creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet on rsvip1, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions supplement and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and any specific rules or policies, the specific rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Your continued use of rsvip1 following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. We will notify Users of material changes via email, on-site notification, or by posting a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
To register for and use rsvip1 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. rsvip1 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform or placing Bets. We use geolocation technology to verify your location. Access from outside Indonesia may be restricted or blocked.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not suffering from any mental incapacity that would prevent you from understanding these Terms & Conditions or managing your gambling activity responsibly.
You may only register and maintain one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple Accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities, nor are you listed on any gambling exclusion register. You are not a director, employee, consultant, or immediate family member of any rsvip1 employee. You are not a professional player seeking to exploit the Platform for advantage play or arbitrage purposes, unless explicitly authorized.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and Indonesian KTP number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
rsvip1 operates a mandatory KYC verification policy. Within 48 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever comes first), you must upload a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license. Verification typically completes within 24-48 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration will be suspended until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rsvip1 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our customer service team immediately at [email protected].
You must notify rsvip1 promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or Account suspension.
rsvip1 accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification level. Verified Accounts generally have higher deposit limits than unverified Accounts.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or e-wallet are processed instantly and appear in your Account Balance within minutes. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact customer service with your transaction receipt.
rsvip1 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your financial institution.
rsvip1 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts suspected of using the Platform solely for money transfer purposes will be closed and reported to appropriate authorities.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, and all Bonus wagering requirements (if applicable) must be completed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit (name-matching policy).
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit; you may withdraw your entire Balance at any time, subject to verification checks.
First-time withdrawals require KYC verification and may take 24-48 hours to process. Subsequent withdrawals from verified Accounts are typically processed within 2-5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed the next business day.
rsvip1 does not charge any withdrawal fees. You may withdraw unlimited times per day or per month at no cost. However, your receiving bank may charge incoming transfer fees, which are beyond our control.
rsvip1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents (proof of address, bank statement, selfie with KTP) before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. We may also request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 50.000.000.
All bonuses offered by rsvip1 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to comply with those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonuses typically require you to wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before the Bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 Bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Check the specific Bonus terms for game contribution percentages.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion with other players, is strictly prohibited. Detected Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all Bonuses, winnings, and possible Account closure.
Bonuses typically expire 30 days after being credited to your Account unless otherwise stated. Any uncompleted wagering requirements at expiration will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
rsvip1 reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at our sole discretion. We may refuse excessively large Bets, Bets from Accounts under investigation, or Bets on events where we suspect irregularities. All Bets are subject to acceptance confirmation displayed on your Account.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing sports body or tournament organizer. Settlement times vary by sport and market. Pre-match Bets typically settle within 2 hours of event completion; live in-play Bets settle within minutes.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, all Bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your Account (odds 1.00). Exceptions apply to markets that have already been determined (e.g., "First Goalscorer" is settled even if the match is abandoned in the 80th minute).
rsvip1 may impose maximum payout limits on certain Bet types or sporting events. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the Bet slip before placement. Single Bets and mix parlay (accumulator) Bets may have different maximum payout caps.
If obvious errors occur in odds display (e.g., decimal odds of 1000.00 where 1.10 was intended), rsvip1 reserves the right to void all Bets placed at the incorrect odds. We will attempt to notify affected Users, and stakes will be returned. Winnings from obvious errors will not be honored.
All casino games offered on rsvip1—including slots, table games, and live dealer games—use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. Our RNG software is regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to verify compliance with international gaming standards.
Each game displays its theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which indicates the expected long-term payout rate across millions of plays. RTP is a statistical average and does not guarantee individual session results. Short-term variance means you may win more or less than the stated RTP.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during play, rsvip1 will void all affected game rounds and refund stakes to your Account. Live dealer games interrupted by technical issues will be resolved according to the dealer's physical outcome recorded on video.
Slots are classified by volatility (low, medium, high). High-volatility slots pay less frequently but offer larger wins. Low-volatility slots pay more frequently but in smaller amounts. Choose games matching your risk tolerance and bankroll.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rsvip1 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and possible legal action:

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when decreased, or after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
Exclude yourself from gambling for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires. To activate, contact [email protected].
Enable session time alerts that remind you how long you have been playing. Customize alert frequency in your Account preferences.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your Account immediately if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, fail KYC verification, or if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity. Suspended Accounts will have all balances frozen pending investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer service. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Balance. Accounts with pending Bonuses or wagering requirements cannot be closed until those requirements are completed or forfeited.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000, deducted from the Account Balance. We will notify you by email 30 days before applying any dormancy fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, rsvip1's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the rsvip1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of rsvip1 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent. The rsvip1 name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by rsvip1 and may not be used without permission.
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your Account, a Bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you must first contact our customer service team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts as specified in the Governing Law section below.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
rsvip1 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or prominent on-site notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when changes were last made.
